Ring is pretty good. Quality is better, than I expected. Everything works cool. The only disadvantage is that ring disconnects from device so far. Personally for me, it disconnects every hour even with all energy saves turned off. Although, ring has memory and saves all data. I recommend such ring if you don't want to wear smart watch, but need its features.

This is a good looking comfortable ring. The app is pretty good and intuitive. It’s easy to pair with Apple health. The readings seems pretty similar to my pump heart beat arm thing.
